DOWNLOAD THE MINDBODY APP + SIGN UP FOR YOGA CLASSES
Northern Edge Yoga uses the Mindbody application for yoga. Signing up for a yoga class ahead of time is appreciated. It helps the instructors prepare for the class by anticipating the number of students, reserves your spot in the class and allows for a quicker check-in time at the door. Download the free app or logon to your Mindbody account to select a class. Confused on how to use Mindbody? Ask your instructor for a tutorial!

Setting Your 2017 Intentions with Kim Booher
Wednesday, January 18 6-7pm
Join Kim for this interactive Wellness Workshop on setting your intentions for the New Year. Learn best practices for creating healthy habits and sticking to them. Bring a mat, blanket to sit on and a notebook as we explore techniques for bringing your intentions to light everyday. Participants of the workshop can take Alyssa’s 7:30pm Vinyasa class afterwards for free! Workshop is FREE for those with yoga packages, $10 for non-packages.

Wind down your week with yoga and wine. Alyssa Hoerl will lead you through a Vinyasa yoga class, followed by sharing wine with your Northern Edge Yoga community.
